1. A $100.00 refundable
deposit must be submitted to the Thompson Township Clerk for use of
the gazebo one (1) week before scheduled use.
2. You cannot pierce anything
(nail, thumbtack, etc.) into any structure of the gazebo.
3. You must obtain
permission before using tape or any other type of adhesive to the
gazebo.
4. No rice or birdseed may be
thrown around the gazebo or park.
5. The gazebo and surrounding
area must be in substantially the same condition as when you arrived
in order to receive your $100.00 refund from your deposit.
By signing this waiver, I
accept responsibility for damages that may occur while I am using the
gazebo. I understand that if the gazebo is left undamaged and in
substantially the same condition as before my use that I will receive
a full refund from my $100.00 deposit. If for some reason the gazebo
is damaged, I will not receive my refund and may be responsible for
repairs.
