Amy Collen - 298-3803 (amycollen@hotmail.com)

The Stable Mate Whisperers meet twice a month, every 2nd and 4th Friday, at 7 PM at the United Methodist Church in Thompson. We are always looking for new members. Anyone interested in the model horse hobby (collecting, showing or customizing) or in the "real horses" is welcome to come join us. Members learn about the hobby and about "real horses" in general.

This year members are learning the basic model repainting method as part of their project. They have to choose a model, decide what breed they are going to assign it and paint it accordingly. This takes research on breed characteristics and colors.
